DEVELOPMENT Our development department offers a practice-oriented and flexible all-purpose service. Our strength lies in liquids (pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food supplements) in various forms of application (drops, spray, vials) for use on the eye, peroral application and the ENT area. At MoNo we not only process newly developed products, but also offer product improvements and enhancements. We are happy to share our expertise with customers and advise them on the feasibility, optimisation and (further) development of products and product ideas. Direct pathways of communication enable solution-oriented customer service and effective risk-based quality management goes hand-in-hand with all processes. This enables adherence to schedules, ensuring the progress of your project.
SERVICE Our range of services starts with the search for and selection of suitable raw materials. We set very high standards for our raw material suppliers and our supply chain management ensures that only goods of the highest quality from GMP-certified suppliers are used for production. The experienced product development team works in a solution-oriented manner until the optimal formulation and design for your product has been found. Thanks to our extensive experience in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products, we possess versatile knowledge of process development and optimisation. In partnership with our quality control laboratory, we continuously monitor product developments analytically. Batch releases by a qualified person can of course, also be ordered at MoNo. Our sophisticated quality control and quality management system guarantees that only safe, legally compliant goods reach the market.
PACKAGING In cooperation with Sigmapharm Arzneimittel GmbH, we also offer the development, artwork management and provision of secondary packaging materials for the packaging and marketing of the final product. Our regulatory affairs department takes care of the demanding and time-consuming process of obtaining and maintaining approvals for you. We are happy to manage products for the extent of their life cycle and also offer pharmacovigilance services.
