Data Protection Declaration

MoNo is aware that the protection of your privacy is an important matter when you use our website. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We would therefore like you to know when we save your personal data, and how we use it. With this data protection declaration, we therefore wish to inform you of the measures we employ for data protection.

Acquisition of data
You can always use our online presence without disclosing your personal data.

We, the website operator or site provider, acquire data regarding accesses to our website on the basis of our justified interest (see Art. 6, section 1, lit. f. GDPR) and save this data as “server log files” on the website server. The following data is logged in this way:

  • Web pages visited
  • Time of access
  • Quantity of data transmitted in bytes
  • Source/link from which you accessed the site
  • Browser used
  • Operating System used
  • IP address used

This data could possibly permit identification, although no use related to individual persons takes place. It may be used for statistical purposes, although the individual users remain anonymous in this case. Insofar as data is passed on to external service providers, we have ensured through technical and organisational measures that the data protection provisions are observed.

Acquisition and processing of personal data
Personal data is only acquired if you provide this to us, e.g. by sending emails, within the framework of placing product or service orders, with inquiries or material requests.

The database and its contents remain with our company and our provider. Your personal data is not made available to third parties in any form by us or by persons commissioned by us, unless we have received your consent or an official directive in this regard.

Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. An email to the email address listed in the legal note is sufficient in this regard.

Use of cookies
So-called cookies are used in some areas of our website, in order to personalise our web presence for you. Cookies are identifiers that a web server can send to your computer, in order to identify you for the duration of your visit. If cookies are not only saved for the duration of the session and then automatically deleted, but rather stored on your computer for a longer period of time, you will be informed of such cookies when these are set. If you do not wish cookies for reach measurement to be stored on your end device, you can prevent the use of these files here:

Conventional browsers offer setting options to prevent cookies. Note: It is not possible to guarantee that all functions of this website will be available without limitation, if you adjust the settings accordingly.

MoNo employs technical and organisational security measures, in order to protect the data provided by you against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. If personal data is acquired and processed, the information is transmitted in encrypted form to prevent any misuse of the data by third parties. Our security measures are continuously revised in accordance with technological developments.

User rights
As a user, you have the right to request information free of charge regarding the personal data saved about you. You also have the right to the correction of incorrect data, and to the restriction of processing or the deletion of your personal data. If applicable, you can also exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can also submit an appeal to the regulatory authority responsible.

Deletion of data
If your wish does not conflict with a statutory obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to demand that your data be deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for the original purpose and if no statutory storage periods apply. If it is not possible to delete data because the data may be required for legally permissible purposes, a restriction of data processing shall take place. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Right to object
Users of this website are entitled to exercise their right to object, and to object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

If you require the correction, blocking or deletion of your personal data, or information about stored personal data that concerns you, or if you have any questions regarding the acquisition, processing or use of your personal data or you wish to withdraw your consent, please get in touch via the following email address:
